Rule 51
Urge for reconciliation
(1) On the first day that both parties are present in the case, the Srestedar shall motivate the parties to the case to reconcile as per the law.
(2) If both parties agree in writing according to sub-rule (1), Khrestedar shall send such case to the person or organization listed in the list of conciliators for conciliation after giving a maximum of one month.
(3) After the dates of both parties have been agreed upon, the court may appoint appropriate personnel to provide necessary counseling for the purpose of encouraging them to go through the reconciliation process.
